Wouldn't transfer
And yes I do know what I am doing I have numerous decals in i my lifetime. This is by far the worst I have ever attempted to put on. Very disappointed it would have looked perfect on the air cleaner cover.
STEEL COWGIRL RESPONSE: I am sooo sorry this happened. I've sold hundreds of decals, they are my top seller, unfortunately this one was defective. I refunded the purchase price and sent a new decal.
